All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified. All prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Single room supplement: $750 CAD / US$600. Single supplement for group tours is $75 per day.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

The schedule of payments is based on the quotation price and is a requirement per person.

·         20% non-refundable fee at the time of confirmation

·         Within 90 days of tour departure date: 20% of cost of tour (Advance Payment)

·         Within 60 days of tour departure date: balance (Final Payment = Total Cost of tour – Advance Payment – Reservation Fee)

After your Advance Payment and before Final Payment we will send you a copy of all hotel reservations made in your name, with details about bookings and references of the hotels. All Reservations will report that booking has been confirmed.

If you are booking within 90 days of departure but not within 60 days, then full payment of 1st instalment (Advance Payment) plus Reservation Fee is required at the time of booking. If you are booking within 60 days from departure, full payment of the entire tour is required.

According to the Travel Industry Regulations, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time, based on fluctuations of the exchange rate and based on any increase received from hotels, wineries, or other suppliers of services that are part of the tour package. If the deposit has been paid and the increase is in excess of 7%, the client is entitled to cancel the travel arrangements and receive full refund.

However, we guarantee that we will not apply any price increase within 90 days from departure date.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are based on the quotation price and is a requirement per person.

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

·         20% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation

·         From 60 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50% of total tour costs,

·         From 45 to 31 days prior to arrival: 75% of total tour costs,

·         30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total tour costs.

Final itinerary and vouchers will be delivered 30 days before your departure. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out-of-province health insurance.
